GROUNDS MAINTENANCE

Team Maintenance Services provide a comprehensive grounds maintenance service. We maintain the grounds of many of Cornwall’s schools plus retail parks, industrial estates, commercial and corporate premises, parish council land and private gardens throughout Cornwall.
We provide a tailored service in each and every case to suit client needs. This is normally under an on-going contract but we work on a one-off basis too, where this is preferred. Frequently, under our contracts we assume an overall management responsibility for external premises.
