Team Maintenance Services, or as it is more fondly known, TMS was started in 1998 and became a limited company in 2006.  As a family owned business TMS has acquired a reputation for professionalism and reliability, which is reflected in its growing prestige as a leading company of its type with recognition from private and public sector.

All members of staff are DBS checked, are suitably trained in their job description, and meet current health and safety requirements.

TMS is fully insured and registered as an approved contractor for Cornwall Council.

We currently maintain many schools, retail parks and private homes all over Cornwall. 

As a growing business TMS places high value on staff training and investing in machinery to enable us to offer a wide range of grounds maintenance services from one off jobs to contract work.
